Approximately 3 to 4 weeks after you complete the CERT Academy, your paperwork should have been received by the city of Saratoga. After that, you can request your DSW card.
DSW cards can be acquired or renewed from 2:00 to 4:00 on Friday afternoons, on those Fridays that City Hall is open. City Hall is open every other Friday. Please call in advance to ensure that they can accommodate you. Call Lori McKenna at 408-868-1240. When you go to City Hall, see Lori McKenna in the Community Development Department and she’ll take care of you.
A DSW card issued by the City of Saratoga is good for 2 years. When your card comes close to expiration, please follow the instructions above to call and request a time to come by and get your card renewed.
